I'm going to show you the basic knowledge of using BBCode here on the forums so that you can either post an image on the forums, or within your own signature box located in the User Control Panel.
First you need to find the right image host for you. Personally I prefer either:
http://imageflock.com/or
http://imagehost.etconfigs.net/Both of them are great image hosts and they are also very fast when it comes to image uploading, and you don't have to wait that extra time for a large image to upload.
Now your going to visit the image host you've chosen and either sign in or click Browse. A dialog box will pop-up and you look through your computer until you find the right image, and click open, or ok. Whatever option it shows.
Wait a few seconds to minutes for your image to load. When it's done uploading click the view image, or the link to it. Then in your address bar above copy the location. It should like something like this: (Not with the same name of the image though.)

Now copy the address, and post it into your forum topic.
Your going to highlight the link to your img. and Click the little IMG button under the subject title while posting so you will end up with something like this:
